The Livins Easy

Hello! Okay first off, I have to tell you that I just read the book A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini. It was incredible. I really learned a lot about the past 30 years of Afghani history ("a lot" meaning I knew nothing before and know I kinda know some things). I HIGHLY SUGGEST IT. Although it did make me quite sad...but still. Read it. I'm trying to find another book to read, not sure if I should read another non-fiction or maybe a memoir/biography/history-ish book. ANYWAYS.

Life has been great here! Lance just started playing on an intramural soccer team here at BYU with some of his old roommates. Lance really loves soccer. I've just been working and schooling myself. I've also been dying to travel. Anywhere really.

Well I'm off to cook an Afghani dinner for us! (This book got me on a middle eastern kick) :]
