A couple weeks ago I was dying to go for a end-of-summer-almost-fall hike. I wanted to go to a place near salt lake over an hour away, until I realized that I had never hiked in Rock Canyon.
It's literally a 5 min drive from BYU.
How had I not been there! It was so so beautiful, not that difficult, and mostly shaded. My favorite part was seeing all of the rock climbers.
Rock climbing is something I would love to try. I've been to a couple indoor rock climbing places, but I think there's something to be said about going outdoors and conquering a billion year old giant piece of rock.

| ^^Pretending to climb. You can see my "I'm about to fall" face. |
^^We even found a little cave. I was too scared to go in more than 3 feet.
So grateful to live in such a beautiful place.
Also, I'm a little happy to see summer go. Bring on the crisp mornings, hot chocolate, and colorful leaves.
