I love the weekends. I seriously LIVE for weekends! Too bad it's almost over...except...guess who gets 4th of July (+friday) off?! THIS KID. Party in the USA.
I finally came around to making macrons again. Turned out pretty good! Except I was too lazy to make a chocolate ganache filling, so I just filled em with raspberry jam haha.
On saturday Lance and I went on a hike. It was so fun! And so close! I feel like I haven't really been appreciating the beauty of Utah lately. We're going to work on that.

Saturday was our six month anniversary aka an excuse for us to go out and eat:] We walked to this Sri Lankan/Singaporean (is that even right?) place called The Banana Leaf. It was pretty good! Very hot/sweaty with lots a flies. I think it was to make us feel like we were actually in Asia haha. They had this amazing bread called pa'an. Kinda like a combination of crepes and naan. It was delicious.
