This weekend we got to see Newsies at the Capitol Theatre! It was amazing! Thank you momma Harper for the tickets!
Lance's family grew up watching the movie (Came out in 92', Christian Bale was in it), and I just watched it for the first time a couple months ago haha.
The dancing was incredible. Seriously, how many leaps and jumps can a guy do in 2 hours? They must get a reaaal good work out in.
Before the show, as per Harper family tradition, we went to a restaurant called the Dodo, ate a yummy dinner and shared a heavenly banana cream pie. Some pics below!

As for other news, I've been obsessed with the Hamilton story/lyrics. I've been singing along and trying to follow the story this past week. If you've ever wanted to do a rap-a-long, I highly recommend this musical. The lyrics are so clever! And the story is very interesting. Can't wait to see it live one day!
