Hello! It's been a while since I last posted. We've been up to the same ol' sam ol'.
Some news on my end, 10 days ago I started the whole 30. I hate hate hate diets, but this one is something I can get behind. I feel like I'm really addicted to sweets/desserts/doughnuts/any form of sugar and I wanted a reset.
I also have read testimonials that the whole 30 has helped alleviate psoriasis, a skin condition I have. So I thought i'd give it a shot.
I have to say, IT'S HARD!
Seriously! The first couple days were easy peasy, but I've already started to get bored of the food I'm eating. And it just requires so much prep time. And desserts are just SOOOO TASTTTYYYYYYY.
Yesterday I had a nice break in my day when I got to babysit for my sister-in law. I think my nephew loves me.



Good for you, Jas! I'm not willing to give up my addition to sugar, sweets, pastries, candy, or Portos, as it is the main staple in my diet.
