Breaking news: I MADE CHEESE! I used this recipe to make mozzarella. It didn't quite come together like mozzarella, but it still tasted like cheese! More of a queso fresco... either way it turned out delicious.
Lance and I took advantage of the beautiful weather and scenery on a little fall hike last weekend. It was BEAUTIFUL. I seriously couldn't stop saying how beautiful it was. I feel so lucky to live so close to such pretty mountains. Also, the colors of fall are breathtaking. Not sure if I could go back to living in a place without falls...
The other night I went out with some friends and saw the movie The Book of Life. It's a super cute animated film about El Dia de Los Muertos! I definitely recommend it.
Today in church, the nursery was a little short staffed so Lance and I volunteered to help out. We were in charge of a class with four 3 year olds. It was the best. 3 year olds are probably some of the funniest people on the planet.

Oh yeah, Lance and I got a new car!! It's a cute little Subaru and we are in love. I am especially in love with having heated seats at all times #iloveawarmbum.
