Winter blues

More like Winter semester blues. (The weather has actually been pretty nice over the past few weeks. We're talking 40s and 50s, YEEEUUHH!) Every winter semester, when everyone else is on Spring break, I just want to quit! Not really, but I'm definitely feeling burnt out. Lance and I have been thinking about going on a mini-summer vacation in Yosemite this summer. Haven't made any plans/reservations yet, but we definitely want to go. I love Yosemite. Lance and I haven't been there since we were kids. I have the best memories of going there with my dad almost every summer when I was younger. Good times:]

DID YOU KNOW that if you put a can of sweetened condensed milk submerged in water in the crock pot on low for a few hours, you can make caramel? Well turns out it's not actually caramel. More like a dulce de leche fruit dip. But it's good! and easy!

My sweet former roommate Rachie Roo got called to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Washington DC. So exciting!
