Hey y'all! Everything has been so great!

READING CAMP STARTS TOMORROW! 

If you're just tuning in, my friend Jez and I have organized a summer reading camp for students at a local elementary school. We have been working for weeks organizing the logistics and getting curriculums ready. There are 5 volunteers helping us teach Monday-Thursday, 8:30-12. I AM SO NERVOUS! I will be teaching Infant I and Infant II (first and second grade). I LOVE kids and I LOVE teaching, but I have never ran a whole classroom by myself before. It will definitely be an adventure:]

Ok. For this weekends getaway, we rocked PLACENCIA. After 3 different busses and 4 hours of traveling, we made it! (I feel like I might be rocking the "caps lock" button a little too hard. Forgive me, but I'm excited). HOLY COW THIS PLACE IS SO BEAUTIFUL! I love it! The water is warm, the sun is hot, and the fish is tasty. Our hotel room is literally 30 ft from the water. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a fairly inexpensive beach destination. Well, I'm going to grab my Ipod and sit on the sand. More pictures to come!
