Hello! What a fun weekend. It was the perfect break before finals...so needed!
1month+1day before I roll out to B-town aka Belize aka super-fun-adventure time!
I feel like I count down a lot...maybe I should chill and enjoy where I am today...I'll work on that. ha. Well this last week I had another cooking adventure! I made pink grapefruit sandwich cookies and parisian macarons with a chocolate ganache filling courtesy of the one and only Martha Stewart. I think deep inside I want to be her...minus the whole prison thing;]The macarons were super scary to make, but they actually turned out okay! I highly suggest making them. They are yummzz.
