What a fun weekend! Although I didn't go to the Festival of Colors (like everyone else and their mom), it was still off the hook.
On Saturday I took Lance to a Real Salt Lake vs LA Chivas game. WAY AWESOME! Soccer is so fun to watch! Salt Lake lost...which was a bummer, but it was still so exciting!
Today, I cooked. ALL DAY. This last week I decided I wanted to try making beef bourguignon. It's a french dish featured in the movie Julie and Julia. Making this meal was my reward for getting through a tough week/my second to last midterm of the semester. #SOWORTHIT. I was so nervous while I was making it, but it turned out so great! I will definitely make it again.
